First Aid/CPR Training Programs
All Lifesaver 101 programs are recognized and approved by the WSIB (Workplace Safety & Insurance Board) and the HSFO (Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario), the governing bodies for First Aid Delivery Organizations in the province. Our programs are customized to meet the personal or employment requirements of any individual. We also provide off-site training and are pleased to negotiate group discounts. In order to accommodate you, Lifesaver 101 operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
At Lifesaver 101 we tailor our courses to your specific environment or needs. Our participants learn in a relaxed environment with experienced instructors who are well equipped with props and multimedia tools.

Standard First Aid with CPR (Level C) *(HCP)
Using the Lifesaver 101 rules of 123 & ABC, participants receive training which includes:
1) Role of the First Aider
2) Emergency Scene Management and the Rules of 123 & ABC
3) Shock, Unconsciousness, Fainting and the Recovery Roll
4) Wounds and Bleeding
5) Heart Attack
6) Stroke
7) Cardiovascular Disease
8) Adult CPR
9) Child CPR
10) Unconscious Choking
11) Conscious Choking
12) Asthma
13) Allergies
14) Diabetes
15) Seizures
16) Infant Conscious Choking
17) Infant Unconscious Choking
18) Infant CPR
19) Automated External Defibrillators
20) Head and Spinal Injuries
21) Burns
22) Poisons

Safety and prevention of illness and injury is reviewed for each module.

Emergency First Aid with CPR (Level B) *(HCP)
Using the Lifesaver 101 rules of 123 & ABC, participants receive training which includes:

CPR (Level C)
Using the Lifesaver 101 rules of 123 & ABC, participants receive training which includes Adult, Child and Infant CPR. We cover the recognition and treatment of airway, breathing, and cardiovascular emergencies, an introduction to AEDs, and management of choking.
This course is offered during the afternoon of Day 1 of any 2 Day Standard First Aid Program or as an evening class. Call or check the online calendar for specific dates.
Running time: 4 Hours
Cost per individual: $65.00
CPR Recert (for returning L101 participants)
Using the Lifesaver 101 rules of 123 & ABC, participants receive training in Adult, Child and Infant CPR. The course covers the recognition and treatment of airway, breathing, and cardiovascular emergencies, an introduction to AEDs, and management of choking.
This program is designed for people who require CPR training annually as a requirement for education or employment such as PSWs, dental hygienists, nurses, EMTs, etc.
Participants must provide a valid CPR certificate from the previous year’s Lifesaver 101 training in order to be accepted into this program
